At EarthTōn & Co., every candle is hand-poured with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.
Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we generally do not accept returns once an item has been used. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we receive the item or confirm the issue. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We’re happy to exchange any unused, unlit candle for another scent of equal value within 14 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out right away. We’ll work with you to replace the order or issue a refund after confirming details with the carrier.
All limited-edition releases, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
